The Jujube Be Prepared was the only good option for me as I also like to be well prepared when we take the kids out. It's well constructed, it can be machine washed (which is a huge advantage over PPB in my opinion) and has an abundance of organizational pockets. I think its going to be a little tight for 3 under 3 but we'll manage. Options I found to be very UNHELPFUL for 2 under 2 include: PPB Abundant Boxy Backpack, JJ Cole's largest messenger (can't recall the model name atm) and SkipHip Duo.
