Had a sudden pain, now have felt for an hour that if I were to jump baby would come out.

I am 33 weeks. I was cleaning at work and had a sudden pain in my groin. It feels like if I were to jump up and down that my baby would come out. It isn't unbearable and I haven't had any blood or leaking what so ever...but I just need confirmation and reassurance that this is normal. Maybe baby has finally dropped head down? But I didn't imagine it to be so painful I guess. I tried calling my doctor but no one is answering the phone. It feels like I pulled a muscle, only it's the bone.

Well, I can only speak from my experience, but sometime around 33-35 weeks I started noticing pains like someone was ripping me down there.  Not often, but maybe every few days.  Sometimes it would also feel like that awful feeling you get when your period is about to start and it's sore and heavy down there (or maybe that's just me).  When I went in to be checked at 36 weeks the OB said I'm around 2 cm and 90% effaced.

Yeah, drink more water and rest for a bit. I used to get them whenever I was cleaning or walking at a brisk pace for a while. I started drinking tons of water while doing any activity and it stopped happening.

That's probably baby dropping! Same thing happened to me this time: at work, on the floor giving a dog fluids (vet's office,) and when I stood up, I thought this dude was going to fall out of me! All of a sudden, my lower left back started hurting like crazy. I think his head is resting on a nerve or something, because walking hasn't been easy since then.
