Baby on Bladder. Anyway to get relief?

So since Sunday, I always feel like I need to pee really bad (like I've been holding it for really long time), even right after I go and even though I don't have to go much. It is constant and very uncomfortable. I thought I had UTI so did urine test which came back negative. Apparently baby is so far descended and her head is resting on my bladder. Midwife said she probably won't move... not that I want her to move from descended position. I'm only 35 weeks I dunno how I'm going to handle this for another five weeks or more. Any others experience this? Any way to get relief?

The only way to get relief at this point is to give birth.  Hang in there.

Sadly not much you can do u less baby moves off and relieves the pressure.

Swimming or inversions helped me in my previous pregnancies. My midwife suggested them.

Same thing is happening to me! Really annoying I noticed that if I lay down and switch from side to side, I can get a little relief. Sitting up/ standing adds more pressure so try laying down when you can.

I'm in the same boat as you with regards to ALWAYS needing to pee, even moments after having just done so. I didn't know that was a sign that baby had descended, though it makes sense. I wish I had a solution, but instead had been hoping there would be one lurking in responses to this post. Good luck! As a PP mentioned, Baby will be here soon and this will become old news. Woo woo!
