Estradiol Suppository

Hi! I would like to know if anyone have experience taking estradiol as a vaginal supporitory? I have experience a blue discharge, which is the same color as the tablet, but also black/grayish discharge with the blue one? very gross I know :( Just want to know if that's normal.

    Hi, I've never been on estradiol suppository but I do remember reading a while back that someone had a blackish/greyish discharge as well.  I'd ask the RE to be sure but I think that it's normal.


    Married for 7 years, TTC for 4 years
    dx:  Diminished Ovarian Reserve
    2 Clomid IUI's + 4 injectable IUI's= 5 BFNs and 1 mc

    Yes, the best way to take the estradiol in the pill form is vaginally. I took it this way during and after my last IVF cycle. However I have never had anything other than blue discharge. I'm sorry I can't help more.
