Is it true C-sections moms are most likely to have more loose skin or a small "pouch" on their tummy than moms with normal delivery? And that it's nearly impossible to get a equal flat, smooth tummy even back to pre-pregnancy weight? Any experiences here?
I had our son Dec 2011, I was rather thin at 115 pounds prepregnancy weight and I did have a small pooch of skin hang over my incision after. There are exercises to get rid of it but even then I guess it's hard. I'm not pregnant with #2 and it's blended into my bump and not there. I'm kind of nervous as to what it will look like after I have this baby in September.
I'm not sure if it's true because I was lucky and didn't have a pouch or loose skin. I think it's all about how the doctor puts your back together. I'm due in early June and will try to VBAC but if I decide on a RCS then I want the doctor who did my first CS to do this one.
