Yellow.

Has anyone been told or heard of your newborn leaving the hospital in a yellow outfit for goodluck? My mom told me about it and was curious to see if anyone else had heard of this?

    Never heard of this just googled it and came up with most people saying it's a mexican/Honduras thing. Definitely not going to change my mind on the outfit baby will be wearing If I choose a different color. However yellow is the color for joy, happiness, intellect etc. depending on culture. However suposably yellow makes babies cry more often so really it is up to you what you believe.

    Hmm. That's interesting. I haven't heard about it, but I do know that PP info about it being the color for joy, happiness, etc is true.

    Never heard of it.. But yellow is my favorite color on babies.. ( mine tend to have an olive complexion and I think it looks good together )
