First pee-pants experience!

This morning I jumped out of bed and sneezed and then it came...and drained down my leg!!

and to make the whole experience all the more tragic, my DH took a picture of my horrified face!!!! FML

Every single time I puke (which happens almost daily) I pee myself. It's usually just a little and only I know, but a couple of times I've "puddled" in the floor. My husband now calls me puddles when he sees I'm getting up to go puke.

Every morning I start to gag and have to run to the bathroom sometimes the pee starts before I get there and others I'm running pulling down my pants at the same time. Today I soaked 3 pairs of pants. Oh the joy

Oh thank you ladies! I know that lots of women pee their pants when they're pregnant, but until today I was really glad it hadn't happened to me yet! Now I'm just really glad I'm not alone!!

Sorry but you can laugh at mine

I was heading to the bathroom to pee and I saw a died fruit fly on the sink and I started throwing up!!!
And let's just say I didn't use the toilet after I peed myself while I was throwing up!!! It was horrible !!!!

I had to change undies and pants and hubby had to go wash my clothes

Almost daily, no joke! I throw up all day and night, so it happens often then. Also when I sneeze or cough to hard! The other day I threw up and peed at work! NOT the cute side of pregnancy, but boy my hubby gets a laugh every time! I guess that's all we can do is laugh ;-)

With my 4 year old I got bronchitis and coughed a lot and with it the peeing. I got so tired of going through clothes I spent the last month at home with towels around my waist lol was not fun but I can laugh now

It doesn't happen every time and it's never a lot (I'm trying to go on the hour and doing my Kegels) but when I have particular violent bouts of vomit (like yesterday) I leak on myself. At the time it's really the least of my concerns. I just want to make sure the vomit gets on something that's easily cleanable.

I've done this multiple times! The violent morning sickness made me pee everywhere, thankfully most of that is over.

But TODAY, not five minutes after I emptied my bladder, I sneezed and peed myself. Enough to have to change my pants. Second time today, learned my lesson and I'm wearing a pad.

I do when I have a coughing fit!! Never fails, I'll cough harder and harder, then yell, "DAMNIT!" then hear my husband laugh hysterically from another room, as he knows what has just happened

I've peed myself twice during this pregnancy. Both times were when I was sleeping and in my dreams I was going to the bathroom. Thankfully both times the warmth woke me up right away so I could stop it before soaking through my pants and onto the bed but it was still embarrassing to say the least!!

I've started puking into a garbage can and sitting on the toilet if I can get there in time because of this. BTW, it's more comfortable puking while sitting up then hunched over the toilet although neither is a picnic.

I was at work, (light blue scrubs).. I was finishing a sandwich I was eating and then went into a room (vet tech) and started talking to the client. I started coughing because a tiny piece of sandwich went down the wrong tube. I instantly felt the pee, and excused myself, sure enough, it looked like I peed my pants, bunch of wet spots. How embarrassing!!!

I sneezed while sitting Indian style on my couch tonight, I felt it coming and grabbed myself just in case and ended up peeing into my hand..I disgusted myself lol

I had a sneezing fit on the way to work this morning and when I got out of the car my seat was even wet, No time to go home and change so thank the good Lord I was wearing black pants. It was really only a small amount but still, makes you feel yucky all day. I also had the "pee" dreams as a PP above during my first pregnancy but I was never as lucky. My husband usually got a little wet as well

Felt her kicking my Bladder one day and ran to the bathroom but literally seconds before I closed the bathroom door I got one swift kick and it happened. Missed the toilet by like 2 feet. And it's happened 2 more times since then

You are so lucky! I started peeing my pants around 12 weeks! But this is my 2nd pregnancy and I am having twins. I often sneeze and have no warning so we have had to buy a carpet cleaner with long corded attachment to clean the couch (my most frequent location to pee). And I carry a change of clothes with a wet bag in DS's diaper bag.

Have you tried kegel exercises? Since I switched to a midwife, I feel like I get much better information than from my old OB/GYN. I'm always doing them now to prevent peeing on myself now and in the future!

I pee myself ALL THE TIME! I believe it's called 'snissing' when I read that I laughed and promptly 'snissed' myself what fun. Good to know I'm not alone,loved this post!!!!
