Antral Follicle Count

Hello Everyone,
My husband and I have been experienceing infertility for 2 years now. I was diagnosed last year with low AMH of 6.3 and my antral follicle count has always been between 9-12. Yesterday when I went to the clinic my antral follicle count was 29! The ultra sound tech asked me if I had PCOS which of course I do not. Has anyone experienced this before? Could there be any reason for this? My RE seemed puzzled but not concerned. She has me coming in earlier than I would have to make sure they dont over stimulate me. I did call in later that day to see how my blood results were and all hormones are within normal range. The only thing that has changed in my health is that I have been experiencing vertigo and had a very bad vertigo attack yesterday so I now have my mind flying all over the place thinking something is seriously wrong with me.

I should have mentioned I am from Canada so an AMH of 6.3 is low, it works out to be .88 in US.

That sounds super strange! But in the end all that will matter is how you stimulate on the drugs. That afc is awesome and I hope you make lots of good ones! Let us know how you do!
