What do you use for allergies?

So i have a nice list of meds the ob gyn said yes/no to that are OTC but just tonight am getting whacked w spring time allergies. What do you guys use that will help that is safe for baby and will not hurt my supply?

2/14: hopefully 1st IUI... timing off before trip, waiting until 4/14

4/11: u/s 6w1d EDD 12/4, 1 little penguin!

7/7:  We're having a girl!

    I haven't taken anything, my pediatrician said benedryl was the only safe thing & I figured in already tired enough - why add to it. I did ask my pharmacist friend for suggestions yesterday & she said antihistamines may affect my milk production and pseudoephedrine would do the same, she said Flonase would be probably the best option.
    I have used a sinus rinse that helps some, and just started using a humidifier tonight because my baby girl seems to be having some issues too. Hopefully it helps.
    I suggest talking to a pharmacist, they study medications more than the doctors do & would have better knowledge of possible side effects for you & your babe.
