Clomid follicles

This is my first clomid cycle and boy is this a lot of work! I feel like it's a full time job. My question for you out there is how much did your follicles grow overnight? I just had a scan today and they were at 10 and they want them at 18. I have to go back tomorrow for another scan and bloodwork. Do they change that much in 24 hours?

Hi,  when I'm on meds, my follies grow from 1 to 2 mm every day.  Once they get past 10 they tend to grow fairly quickly.   When you are near ovulation, they can grow even more than 3mm but that's not advisable... slow growers are better quality I think.

Thank you! Good to know! The office they want me to go to is far away and I didn't realize the short term they would need me in and since I just had a visit this morning I couldn't believe my re wanted me back

I think follicles can grow 1-2mm a day and the ideal size is 18-22mm to be considered a mature follicle. GL!
