Spotting pink, cramps at 11 weeks

Hello ladies. 

I am 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant today. At 5 weeks I was potting light pink and then brown for a week and then it stopped. Yesterday I went to the mall and when I got back there was spotting on my underwear and when i wiped there was a lot of vaginal mucus mixed with a lot of pink blood. After that it went away. I did have cramps yesterday and back pain. Today I just have mild cramps all around my uterus. When I walk or something my belly starts feeling heavy. There was no spotting until now. It is light pink. Im going to see my gyno tomorrow. He is not working today. Did any f you experienced something like this? Should I be worried? Thanks

Hello! I had some light pink spotting yesterday and freaked! I hope things went well with your gyno, I think that is the best course of action for any concerns!
