I keep getting them too. I never had this many with DS #1. I try not to take too much Tylenol too, I just usually drink a lot of water so I know I am well hydrated, eat something and sometimes I have to try a cup of coffee or something. Hope you feel better!
I have a headache more often than not. Only things that help are #1 an ice pack on my head while laying down (it often makes me fall asleep too so thats good) #2 drinking water....half of mine are bc Im not drinking enough water so give it a try...and if not #3 tylenol
I have been having major headaches too for about a month....I finally made an appointment with my chiropractor and got seen yesterday--such immediate relief! I know we can take tylenol--but I am not keen on it. Have another apointment on Friday am. This morning was the first morning in weeks that I didn't wake up with a headache.
I am totally attributing these to pregnancy symptoms--my life hasn't been very stressful lately; at least not more than usual.
Good luck!
Also---I have been able to con DH to rub my neck and shoulders every night too--that seems to help somewhat.
Sometimes "Head On" has helped...it's available at places like Walgreens, I think. It's similar to a chapstick tube, but bigger, and you rub it on your forehead and temples...
