Eczema...HELP!!!

My little guy has started to get red itchy eczema on his legs and arms, he scratches the areas as soon as you take his cloths off and they are getting bad. Don't have appointment until next week, what have you guys used for relief at home or over the counter? Poor fellow hate to see him uncomfortable:(

    The aveeno oatmeal bath powder helps. Also the aveeno eczema body wash.. and lotion I usually rub lotion on the affected areas every time I change a diaper... But don't use scented lotions or shampoo.
