crazy temperature fluctuations

Anyone else freezing cold one minute and boiling hot the next? I can't seem to get comfortable! It's a real balancing act these days. Anyone in the same boat?

Same here! I get awful hot flashes where I feel flu-ish and clammy and then it's gone minutes after and I feel fine

I am the same way! Most of the time I am really warm, but then there will be times where I have the shivers because I'm so cold. It's very strange

This is me to a tee. One min im opening windows and peeling off layers. The next im under blankets snd shivering. I cant see to find a happy medium

Gosh yeah! Mostly freezing, but I burn up under the covers!

YES! My husband and coworker probably hate me. I have the A/C on and it's 32 degrees outside!

I'm usually cold... but lately I have been in hoodies and under blankets at work... its been really rough...

Pretty much - I'm always cold (not helping that it's been unseasonably cold here this spring so far) and then every once in a while I get hot and sweaty and nauseous. They say it's progesterone that does it I think.
