I'm going to try not to snark on this, but there are definitely better places even in the old interwebs to find out besides asking here, assuming you are receiving regular prenatal care. Neosporin is basically just petroleum jelly with some germ killers...I'm not actually convinced it really speeds healing. I mean it keeps scabs moist so they don't flake off early but it doesn't contain any ingredients the regenerate skin.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I also googled neosporin. The Wikipedia page says its pregnancy category c. It was on like the first 5 lines. You don't even have to read the article itself.

Thanks. Called my doc and he said it was okay. I had searched online as well.
