Re: biggest loser/ Healthy Living Check-in 3/30/15

  • 1. Something you need to work on.

I was SO bad over the weekend.  I ate and drank whatever I wanted!  I think it was exactly what I needed after the stress of my FET but I really don't want to gain everything I've lost back!

    2. Something you are proud of.

I lost a total of 6.4lbs since I started the "zero belly diet" 3 weeks ago!  I can't believe it!  I think it was good to have something else to focus on besides my FET.  Even though I can't have everything I want it's definitely the best "diet" I've ever been on!!

    3. Your plan.

I'm going to start taking my long walks again this week, I haven't exercised since my FET last Thursday.  I wanted to give myself some time to rest but I'm ready to start walking again :)

QOTW: I will share this in a bit!

I really need to work harder at getting my exercise in.

I am proud for doing pretty good at making healthy eating choices.

I'm just trying to watch portions, easy healthier and be more active.

QOTW: I don't have any on hand but if I can remember I will post some!

  • 1. I needs work on drinking less on weekends. It is killing my diet!
    2. I am part of a biggest loser challenge and on week one I lost 4.4 lbs. I am trying to keep my momentum up. It is an 8 week challenge and I am hoping to loose 20 lbs by the end of it.
    3. My plan has been using myfitnesspal and cutting bread, rice, pasta and sugar out. I occasionally will have a low carb tortilla or an Atkins pizza. I am going to the gym 4-6 times a week for 30-45 min.

QOTE: I have been making some yummy dishes with zucchini pasta. You just use a julienne peeler with the zucchini and then cook it on a sprayed frying pan until it is soft. It stops tasting much like zucchini at this point. You can do much with it like stir fry noodles, Alfredo with chicken, spaghetti, etc but with barely any carbs and way less calories.
