when should i test?

Hey y'all so I'm five days late. But I'm on birth control. I've always had a regular period even with my BC. Well now I'm late an been feeling early symptoms of pregnancy. Like nausea an fatigue. I have a one year old. So I don't know if I'm just paranoid or I'm really pregnant. I downloaded this app to keep track just invade an it says I'm around four weeks. I need suggestions what should I do?

If you're already late go ahead and test! First thing in the morning is alway best.
