Re: ***2IF Grad Check-In 3/28/15***

  • 21w6d, headed to MFM for echocardiogram on 3/31, growth check on 4/6.  Survived first week of modified bed rest, but it's definitely a challenge.

QOTW:  My FB feed is filled with people talking about spring break plans.  Unfortunately I can't make many plans right now.  Although the doctor has cleared me to travel to my mom's for Easter dinner next week which is nice.  I was a little sad thinking about being here alone while DH and DD went to celebrate so this cheered me up.  FX that things continue to stay quiet down below and I can maintain the limited freedoms I do have now.

  • 1. How many
weeks along are you? 32 weeks tomorrow

    2. Any medical
updates (appointments, ultrasounds, tests/results, etc.)? Bi-weekly dr appt tomorrow

    3. How are
    you feeling lately? Miserable! lol

    4. QOTW: Any "spring break" plans? We are ending spring break now. We both worked, and my Mom watched our 4 year old. nothing exciting around here!

DH went to dermatologist, the spot on his ear, was just a normal mole. They froze it off. BUT, they found 8 spots on his back they cut off to test! Yikes! We will have the results in about a week.

The idea of bed rest sounds nice to me right now, but in reality it has to suck @lawmom747 Glad you can go to Easter Dinner!

    My History:
    Lots of BFN's & failed IUI's w/clomid and/or femara
Finally BFP with femara & t.i.- son born 6/17/2010
Started TTC again around when DS was 3ish
    Lots of BFN's with femara & t.i & ovidrel
Tubes clear, S.A came back low motility but high count
About to switch to injectables w/femara, did one last cycle with just femara & an IUI with ovidrel- stupid motility was fantastic in the sample, but count was 700,000 AFTER wash! Had to sign a paper to even still do IUI- BFFP (big fat freaking positive) Go figure!

    1st Beta 13dpiui 54, 2nd beta 48 hours later 115, 3rd beta 48 hours later 310, 4th beta 72 hours later 1748.

  • 1. How many weeks along are you?

    13 weeks + 2 days

    2. Any medical updates (appointments, ultrasounds, tests/results, etc.)?

I had my NT scan and blood work last week, all normal! Baby looked great and my risk for Downs Syndrome and Trisomy 18 both came back at the lowest possible risk score of 1:10,000. I had a regular OB appointment today, no ultrasound, just doppler. Baby's heart rate was 165bpm. My ultrasound at the appointment before showed the SCH was almost gone! Yay! And my APS results follow up test came back negative, so I don't have APS after all!!! I get to stop my Lovenox and Baby Aspirin as of today! :) I also had my thyroid labs redrawn today, expecting them to be pretty bad based on how I feel, and hoping for an increase in dosage. Then I will have my AFP test between 16-18 weeks, and my next OB appointment is at 17 weeks.

    3. How are you feeling lately?

Absolutely exhausted, achy, and HUNGRY! But still pregnant with a healthy baby! Yay!

    4. QOTW:  Any "spring break" plans?

I had spring break March 15-21 but I caught the flu and was sick all week long. Haha, at least I got it then and didn't miss any of my nursing school :)
