We are 90% positive we are going with Jude Aaron. Aaron is a family name and DH loves Jude. I just want to see how the name is received in the wild.

Most people will probably like it and it's a nice solid name. I just personally have always disliked Jude. Instantly makes me think of the Beatles song, "hey Jude". And it sounds too closely to dude, rude, and nude. But just my opinion.

I wanted Jude as a mn for DS, but DH said no. Aaron is a strong, traditional, familiar name. You'll be fine. Just make sure the initials don't spell anything you wouldn't want!

Aaron is the name of my late brother. I wouldn't have chosen it if not for him, but really wanted to do something in rememberance.

Judah is a nice name, but too biblical for my taste.

The initials are alright! First thing I checked, lol.

I don't mind the connotations with The Beatles. Both DH and I are big fans, although that's not why we chose the name. One thing I didn't consider is it sounding like 'dude'. That's what his uncle goes by instead of the traditional Uncle Dave. That could be confusing.

Judah is our top choice boys name too. Jude will be used as his nickname. I love Aaron and would have used this for his middle name but DH isn't crazy about it.
