Hello ladies, hope everyone is doing well on this rainy (miami) friday night. so my fiance and I had of first FET this morning. so now as I lay up on my sofa, i wonder what kind of advice you ladies may have for the next 9 days, till we find out the results. we transferred two embryos.
-back story....... we previously did 2 attempts at IUI, with no success. On ER day they took out 10, day 5, we only had 4 left. I had an extra long stent on IVF meds which affected my lining so we had to wait 8 weeks in order to do the transfer (we obviosly froze the 4 good eggs).
Just wondering the do's and dont's of IVF (post transfer).
Thanks in advance to those who respond

Stay lightly active (take some walks) and most importantly find a way to not think about it! I know it's rough - but the less you think about it the less you stress the better it is for you. I worked a lot of extra hours to keep my mind occupied on something else!
Good luck. FX
