Low count and mobility

After 6 mnths of trying to conceive we have found out that my husband has low count and motility. Count is 7.1 (he masturbated 32 hours before sample without me knowing) and motility at 15%. We have an appointment with urologist next week but I'm feeling so hopeless. Do we have hope of conceiving?

    When DH had his SA, the instructions said he had to abstain for a minimum of 3 days (max of 5) before the morning that he was supposed to drop off his sample. I am not sure by how much the results can be skewed by only waiting 32 hours, but definitely mention it to the urologist and maybe his results will be improved a bit if they do a repeat SA. Good luck!

    There is always a chance. 

    I don't have any experience with male infertility, but do those issues matter as much if you do IVF?
    Me: 41, DH 38, Diagnosis DOR
    Started TTC 12/2013
    First Trip to RE: 11/2014

    DD Born 11/9/2014
    TTC a Sibling Started 5/2015
    First IVF Round 8/15 - BFN
    Taking a break to go on vacation + enjoy the holidays before FET and/or another IVF round in 2016!
