4 year old won't go to sleep!!!

Idk what to do any more. . . She just repeats herself over and over. "I can't sleep" she has been laying down for 2 mins. This is all the time. What do I do? I feel horrible ignoring her.

By ignoring her, do you mean she is crying? Does she get out of bed? Just lay there?
