I have had two ultrasounds in two weeks, so exciting.  I went for my initial appt. last week and met with the nurse and the ultrasound tech at 7w5d  and got to see the little turtle and got to hear the heartbeat!  Then I went yesterday (8w5d) to meet with the doctor and get the results from all of the blood work they did last week and go over some other questions.  The doctor did a pap and then we checked in on the little "teddy graham" as the doctor said and to see if there was something going on with my right ovary(but everything was fine).  He took a look to see the heart and our little pumpkin even moved and wiggled around for me, it was so exciting to see him/her moving around!  The doctor helped to ease my mind too because he said that seeing the heartbeat at this stage was really good and I have 95% chance of not having a miscarriage!  I know things don't always go as planned but it was still great to hear!  I'll go back in 3 weeks and will have another ultrasound, mainly to check for other things that may/may not be going on with the baby!  It seemed like it took forever just to get to the first u/s and now I get to anticipate a 3rd one!  Just wanted to share!  Hope everyone is doing great with their pregnancies!
