A really good friend of mine is having a baby 3 weeks before me. 

for her shower gift I want to make her a little mommy hospital bag (body wash, toothpaste)


what would you put in it?

I plan on getting a Make-up pouch bag to put it all in.

Body wash, tooth paste, disposable tooth brush (even though they have them at the hospital, they are awful), q-tips, hair rubber bands (if she has long hair), gum, mints, Chapstick.

Tucks medicated pads or witch hazel pads, heavy absorbency pads with wings, nipple cream, Chapstick, mints or jolly ranchers, soft wash cloths.

What a cute idea! Maybe add a travel size dry shampoo.....I love dry shampoo and plan on taking mine to the hospital just in case I don't feel like shampooing....they have little cans for all different hair types at Ulta for just a few dollars

I did something similar for a friend of mine (she was admitted to the hospital unexpectedly and before she had a chance to pack her own bag) - two of the items that she said she really appreciated were the really cushy socks I put in there (you know, the sort of fuzzy ones they always sell in airports) and Burts bees face wash wipes.
