Did I mess it up??? (Possible BFP mentioned)

This cycle we did 100mg of Clomid followed by on Ovidrel trigger on March 12 and then I've been using Crinone progesterone gel ever since. So pretty much all of my symptoms have been reasoned away to these medications. A couple of days ago Sunday the 22 (so 10 days after my shot) I thought I'd take a FRER test to see if the Ovidrel was still in my system. I peed in a cup then only put the very tip of the tip in (for whatever reason) for 5 seconds and waited 3 minutes. It came back negative (maybe every so slightly positive but I couldn't tell if that was me seeing things or not). So my first question is: by only putting the very tip in could that have turned it into a "False negative"?

Sunday night and yesterday I had these weird cramps WAY low (near where I would imagine my bladder is) that would sometimes go all the way through into my cervix and/or vagina (TMI sorry). Since I had a box of 3 tests I did another one this morning about (11dpo). But I'm afraid I really messed it up because 1) I was really tired and 2) nervous. This time I went in a cup again and then put just about the whole "tip piece" in it. Luckily I set a stopwatch on my phone but somehow my 5 seconds turned into 10. Then I capped it and laid it flat and by the time I looked it had been 4.5 minutes. Well this came back as a clear BFP. My questions are: Can dipping it for 10 seconds instead 5 mess it up? Does waiting an extra 90 seconds mess it up? I know you can't trust the tests after a few minutes but I dug out Sundays anyway and it had dried into a very faint BFP line. That line could have been left over Ovidrel though. I'm just scared that this isn't real and that I somehow messed up one or both of the tests.  Thanks. Also I have my blood test scheduled already for Thursday morning, I've just been impatient.

I wouldn't be so worried except every doctor I talked to said it would NOT happen this month, esp since at my US my lining was only a 4. Plus we opted to try TI first instead of IUI even though DH's count was slightly low back in August. We were planning on getting a new SA done in April.

In recap:
If I didn't put enough of the tip in the first time, could that cause a false negative or a more faint line than it should have meaning Ovidrel was still in my system (about 9dpo) more than I thought?
If I accidentally held it in the urine for 10 seconds instead of 5 would that mess things up?
If I took an extra minute to look would that mess it up?
If the both tests are accurate the Ovidrel can't get darker again right?
Should I test again tomorrow and try to be more exact or just wait for my Beta?

Thanks guys. I hope this post doesn't cause anyone problems, I just don't want to make a big deal about it if it's possibly wrong.
