What does your RLP feel like?

I am 14w3d and have had some tightness in my belly over the past couple of days. It has been on either side of my belly button and varies between a sharp pain feeling, a general campiness, and a tightening feeling.

Just curious as to what you ladies were experiencing and how this compares!

If I get up too quick it feels like a stitch on the underside of my belly. Like the muscle is going to rip. Lasts about 15-30 seconds and varies in intensity.
