Disappointed with Uppababy

Just an FYI for those thinking of buying an Uppababy vista stroller-don't poor customer service and marketing decision. Got the vista stroller and peg perego 4-35 car seat and they are not compatible at all!! And Uppababy isn't making an adapter bc they want to push there Mesa car seat.

However if you are in Canada you can buy the adapter for the 4-35 bc there car seat hasn't passed yet in Canada.

Basically a big rip off to the American consumer!! According to them it's a marketing decision and strategy. Basically they are trying to push the Mesa car seat (which in my opinion is inferior to the peg perego) will be returning my stroller and accessories for a refund and buying a bugaboo!!

Keep that in mind ladies!!!

Yeah I have heard stories of the company not standing behind their products.  Poor customer service, indeed.
