Yeast Infections

I just waited 4.5 hours at urgent care because I suspected I had a yeast infection. I was right! But wondering how to treat yeast infections naturally without having to wait hours for them to confirm what I already know & then trying to give me Monistat, when I've had a bad reaction to it already. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Yeast Infections

  • Fresh garlic works overnight- peel and cut one clove and insert one half or both halves into vagina. Sounds cray cray I know, but it works!!! Google it if you are unsure. The creams and such do not work for me and I wanted something natural as well. I was hesitant to try it but desperate to get rid of the yucky stuff. One treatment overnight did the trick!! Hope this helps!

  • Yes, raw garlic and then you can do unsweetened yogurt dipped tampons to add more good bacteria. Just google it and you will find a lot of natural options that all work very effectively
  • Diluted White vinegar in water, not sure how much Google it and you'll find the info there ! It helps by fixing your pH levels !
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Buy some organic apple cider vinegar that has "the mother" in it. Drink 1 tablespoon twice a day (warning...tastes awful ). Then dilute one part apple cider vinegar and one part water. Then use a cotton ball to rub this solution on the exterior of your vagina. Do this twice a day. Finally, refrain from eating sugar. Yeast feeds off of sugar. Do this, and I promise your problem will be solved. Also, I would avoid inserting anything else into your vagina, whether it be a yogurt dipped tampon or garlic. This can lead to an infection. Last thing you want is to heal your yeast infection and then find out you have Bacterial Vaginosus. Good luck!
