Help nausea and headache all day

Does anyone have nausea and headaches all Day I'm only 7weeks and a day and I can't even think because I feel so sick.

If so please let me know what ease your nausea and headache

PS. Told Dr and she said to try drinking more water that I might be a little dehydrated to call if it continues. This was yesterday

I have really bad morning sickness.. Lasts all day, and worst in the mornings.. I puked twice this morning. I'm 6w4d and I also have two kids under 4 so I'm struggling big time!
All I want to do is rest. Iv tried different types of things but nothing's working. Iv got a dr appt today to get some nausea medication.
Can't handle it no more :-&
Maybe you should get some too? Otherwise there's lots of online remedies...

Look into getting Preggie pops! I bought some and they've been helping me quite a bit @infaith24 . They're candies with essential oils that help soothe your tummy. I try to get a few saltine crackers and drink some ginger ale then try to eat a little bit... And then have a candy or two. I find that it helps quite a bit. My morning sickness has been pretty bad... Today was actually one of my worst days so far but that's pretty much what I did today and I managed to get it under control for a while.

I am so sorry!! Today was the first day I havnt felt that way in about 8 days. It's the dumbest thing in the world, first you can't eat because you feel nauseous, then you feel nauseous because you havnt eaten anything. Drinking lots of water and Gatorade helps a little, but the only thing that really helped me was taking a ginger root supplement. It took twelve hours to work, but I felt 150% better because of it. Hope this helps

This is so not fair.....with my first pregnancy it was like I wasn't pregnant. This one I'm sick all day long!! I'm so glad my daughter is 6yrs old and helps me, but I still have to work with my pre-k children and its really hard!! I feel depressed from being sick all the time. Does anybody else feel that way?

May I ask what supplement you took exactly? I'm almost 7weeks and have been horribly sick for a little over a week, looking for some relief as I also have a 2 year old to chase after all day.

I feel guilty everyday. With both of my girls I rarely got sick But with this pregnancy I've been deathly sick since week 3. I feel like a horrible mother because all I want to do is come home and close my eyes. My husband has been picking up the slack but I still feel guilty

I have had the absolute worst headache for the past 2 days. Do you have any suggestions to remedy this?! I'm so miserable!!!

Today was a little better drank more water and tried eating more snacks. I also am going to start taken my prenatal at night. I think maybe my prenatal was causing some nausea also .. We'll see

@surprise1 I am also a preschool teacher (asst) and yes it is really hard to focus on them when I am feeling soo sick. But they are so sweet trying to cheer me up when I'm not feeling myself :x

Constant nausea is super depressing! It's really a head trip to deal with on a daily! I feel for you! It helps me to get through the day to remind myself that millions of women have dealt with this misery!
