Belly support

i went for my 16 week checkup today and told the dr I was having public pain again (it's horrible pain it feels broken) anyways he told me it has a lot to do with baby 1 being a bit on the bigger side and also getting pregnant 10 months later. He suggested at my post checkup that I look into buying one cuz the pain was so bad and now he's suggesting it again. Anyone have similar situation or anyone familiar with using one??? That's for your help

Re: Belly support

  • I used one for my last pregnancy. It really helped a lot. They're a little bulky, but not too bad. I got mine at a medical supply store, but I think you can get them online, too.
  • My doc gave me one during my first pregnancy. (Military so everything is pretty much provided) it helped aliviate my back pack so much, but I was instructed not to over use it. Go about your day to the point that you need it and then put it only only for a few hours at a time. Otherwise you come to rely on it and muscles will weaken.
My doc told me then it was "too early to be having back pain - at 26 weeks" but my Breast growth alone was enough to cause pain
