Making stuff with your kids

How did you start making stuff with your kids?

Usually by asking my kid if he wants to make some stuff.

Yeah, it isn't hard, just come up with a couple ideas and then say, "Hey (insert kid's name), would you like to make a (insert thing) with daddy?"   If you tell them it can be a present for mommy, they may want to even more.
