  • Hi there, my quad screen came back at 1 in 9 for Trisomy 18. I had a level II ultrasound done, and no markers were found. I opted to go ahead with the amnio for my own peace of mind. I needed to know one way or another...to either be able to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy, or prepare for a very sick baby. Thankfully, the results came back that our baby girl is 100% normal in regards to chromosomes, and she's looks perfectly healthy and normal. Good luck to you and your little one, you'll be in my thoughts and prayers.
  • When I was pregnant with my dd it was positive for open neural tube defect. We had a level II ultrasound and an ultrasound every doc visit after just to be safe and everything was fine. She is a very healthy 9 year old.
  • Thanks for your answers I appreciate them. I was just curious because I didn't have a nuchal translucency because I was switching jobs and missed it because of insurance purposes I ended up having this quad screen test which my current doctor told me she doesn't like it because it's so inaccurate. I did have the panarama test and everything came back normal and it also told me I was having a boy!!
