Sciatic Pain?

For the last 2 days the backs of legs and butt have been killing me! I feel like I ran a marathon and didnt stretch after..
Anyone else have this? Not painful but annoying

I've had pains in my back, legs and hips - it's from everything starting to move and it's perfectly normal.

Yes I get it daily.. It's uncomfortable but not always painful. Although it is giving me grief this morning..
