Allergies!!!!

I live in Colorado, and lately I have had the worst allergy symptoms! Sneezing fits that last what seems like forever! I normally do lot have this issue, but now that I am pregnant Things have changed! Anyone one else experiencing a rise in allergy symptoms if so how are you treating it or handling the symptoms?

My allergies are killing me. I'm in Florida but they're keeping me up. I hope some people have some ideas. I plan on getting nasal spray tomorrow and trying apple cider vinegar and tea.

I have chronic allergies and I live in western New York! You would think that the winter killed everything but it made it worse. I usually take an Allegra D daily but due to pregnancy that said that was a no no. My doctor did say I could take a plain Claritan. And thank god bc I would be suffering!!! I also use plain saline spray for my nose daily. Hopefully this helps!

Try eating some local honey. I think you do about 1 table spoon a day.

I live in California and my allergies are usually bad this time of year. But this year they added to my ongoing discomfort making sleep impossible for me. I do take Benadryl before bed but it stopped working a week ago.
