Hand Weakness

I've found over the past few weeks that my hand grip is not as strong as normal. My husband has to open everything (jars, bottles) for me. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm have a girlfriend who had carpel tunnel that was caused buy her pregnancy. I think it can cause something in your wrists not sure how it starts.
