Tula baby carrier VS Ergobaby

What are your thoughts on these two baby carriers? I was dead set on an Ergobaby but now I'm not so sure?

Tula tula tula. If you can spend the extra money they are so worth it! And they hold their value. Join a few of the pages for tula. There's quite a few and they can give you all types of pointers and pros and answer questions. I just found a print I am in love with and am hoping to score.

I asked my babywearing friends the same question--the moms that had tried both ALWAYS recommended the Tula over the Ergo.

What is the advantage of the Tula over the Ergo? Now I'm curious!

Thank you guys so much. I really don't see the prices as being bad compared to Ergo and love that they have a sugar skull print. On the Tula website the kind I want is 149-189 which is comparable with the Ergo. Does anyone have personal experience with the Tula?

I have a Tula and looooove it! It's so comfortable! I don't have experience with ergo but from everything I have heard Tulas are way more comfortable and have better support. That said I didn't use it until dd was about 4 mo old. Before that I used a wrap. I plan doing the same and adding a ring sling to the mix this time. Check your area for a local baby wearing group. Sometimes they have them that you can tryout. I also rented a tula off the website just to make sure I liked it. They send you a coupon that reimburses the rental price if you choose to purchase one.

Is the Tula sold by any major retailers? I didn't see it on Target and Babies R Us. I already got the Ergo but now I'm considering changing it up!

@seamama525 no they are only sold on their own website, a few baby wearing websites, or second hand.

Same here someone already got me the Ergo off my registry but I'm just going to take it back and use the money to get a Tula

I just got a tula for this baby but my toddler loves it! I might get her one . I have no experience with any other carrier but this one is very comfy and cute.

Bought my TULA from Kelly's Closet, they specialize in cloth diapers and baby wearing items. It should arrive Monday!

I bought my TULA from Kelly's closet too! Got it this past Monday. I am gonna love it.
I would recommend TULA bc once you are done with it they resell for around 100% of their purchase price or more depending on the print! You can't go wrong, it's like using it for free!

I don't have any experience with the Tula but I absolutely loved my Ergo with my daughter. My back never hurt, I could wear her in the front, back, or on my side.
