Is anyone using the shettles method for sex selection? This is our first month TTC and we would like a boy. We already have 2 girls and 1 boy. We would be happy with a boy or a girl but thought why not try for a boy. Anyway I'm confused as to when we should be trying. I have ewcv now but still no positive on my OPK. The book says try 12-24 hours after a +opk but I'm scared we will miss our window. Any one have any thoughts?

Re: Shettles method
It also is a load of garbage, you have a 50/50 chance.
Apparently you care if it's a boy or a girl.
I agree with everyone else, this is awful. And it has a 50/50 shot of working.
Kiddo #1 = 10 cycles of trying, 1 CP and is now a toddler

My son asks almost daily for a cookie. Doesn't mean he gets it.
And you weren't attacked. The last question in your post "Anyone have any thoughts" means we can absolutely tell you if we believe in this method or not, and even if you didn't say that, it's the Internet. You can't dictate responses.

I think that any lovely lady in here would be happy just to to have a baby period in in their arms regardless of sex. I personally would also love a boy, my own little man. But I'm hoping for a Healthy baby either way. Best of luck.
I don't need you to agree with me, but it's my honest opinion, and I'm entitled to it.

Btw totally can see how you could have taken my initial post the wrong way, and I apologize for that as well.
They said/acted some way kind of dumb. Some one called then out on it, they went "omg, you are right. I am sorry". And now @Bmnkids4 is part of the cool club.
See! She could have thrown a temper tantrum, called um mean bullies, stomped her foot and cried. But no!. She responsed like a mature adult. I like her!
