I was trying to shave but my belly made it impossible to see so I had to lift it to get the job done. Now I'm scared that I may have hurt my baby. Could I have hurt her by holding my belly up and lifting it???? I'm such a paranoid mommy.
Seriously? Pregnancy does not make you or your body that delicate. My toddler still uses me as a jungle gym. Please read about how the body protects your child during pregnancy... You would have to do a hell if a lot more than lift your belly to harm your baby.
I am in the same boat. But I'm sure of you did hurt baby it and your body will let you know. Your body is made to have a lot of cushion for baby, so other than just squishing a little I doubt there was any harm done. maybe consider getting a mirror to assist your shaving needs? I'm thinking about it since it will only get harder until after baby is born.
My cat jumped off my belly this morning. Nothing really hurt and I freaked for a minute, then I reminded myself he's nice and cushioned in there. You're fine and so is your little one!

Mine does this and it does hurt, but my cat is a fat a$$ and is clumbsy as hell, so that may have something to do with it.

My toddler does the same thing!!! He thinks my belly is his new pillow, plaything, ball, button to push, and all around tons of fun. Lol. I guess these siblings are already getting to know each other pretty well.
My big ass dog always kicks me in my belly and it hurts I used to worry but babies fine. Still don't want to be used as a trampoline. Not to mention it hurts
This might sound strange and gross but my husband does it for me at times cause I get nervous about hurting myself while shaving and it's really uncomfortable bending & trying to reach for certain areas
Yes this was a serious question. Thank you for the serious answers. I've lost a baby before so I'm sorry that I get so paranoid. I've never been (successfully) pregnant before.
