birth trauma support groups?

Hi ladies,

Wishing you all amazing births and healthy babies!  

I haven't been on these boards much, but I'm wondering if anyone knows any online forums or groups that help with those who've experienced traumatic births.  I really feel like I need to talk to someone, and I thought an online group might be a good start, although I think eventually I might seek counseling.  I've only found a c-section group, but this wasn't a c-section.

Anyone happen to know any groups?
