TTC after Ectopic & removal of fallopian tube...

Hi ladies!

I've been TTC now for 5 months after having an ectopic pregnancy which ended up in emergency surgery removing one of my fallopian tubes. I've been playing the guessing game on which side I ovulate which isn't the most fun. This month I thought I had it down... I'm 11po, symptoms but losing hope fast. With my daughter I found out at 10dpo and I know every pregnancy is different. I am a POAS-aholic and its costing a fortune. Have any of you mamas have  a similar situation and get pregnant again? What dpo did you get your bfp? Thanks in advance for your responses!
