its been a few weeks since I tried this--but some people participated so here it goes. Those that are new, post your meal plan for the week. This always helps me plan ahead and stay on track with eating healthier and on our budget versus relying on take out.
Sunday: stir fry and rice
Monday: chicken taco chili
Tuesday: ravioli bake and garlic bread
Wednesday: crab cakes, rice and tomato salad
Thursday: chicken cordon blue meatballs and egg noodles and green beans
Friday: pizza

Wednesday: pizza
Thursday: baked chicken, rice and carrots
Friday: cheese tortellini, steamed broccoli and garlic toast
Saturday- pan fried whitefish w pasta and broccolini
Sunday- tomato and sausage risotto and salad
Monday- BLTs
Tuesday- bean and mexican rice burritos
Wednesday- fish sticks, rice and vegis
Thursday- bacon, Brussels sprouts, chick pea and couscous salad
Friday- take out?
Monday: Chicken Pot Pie
Tuesday: Broccoli and Cheese quiche and a salad
Wednesday: meatloaf , roasted potatoes and asparagus
Thursday: I am out , so leftovers for DH and DS
Friday night probably pizza
Tuesday: Spaghetti
Wednesday: Shepard's Pie
Thursday: Chicken enchiladas
Friday: Homemade pizza (DH will be on night shift and DD loves to help make this.)
