What's your nursery theme?

there are some really cute ideas here! I honestly had no idea, but dreamt of a yellow nursery the other night so now I want a soft, yellow nursery. Probably no real theme, but I love vintage and old farmstead stuff so it will probably end up being that regardless of gender.

after reading you guys' great ideas, I decided I do want to do a separate theme if it's a boy. so after talking about it with hubby and looking at pictures for like an hour, I think we're going to do a cartoon fish theme (for a boy). I preferred elephants but hubby is crazy about marine life (he really wants sharks, haha, I said no to that one) and I picked the girl set. so I guess it's only fair.

Mint green, pale pink, light grey and gold accents for a girl. Same colors but switching pink for navy if a boy and Prob no gold
