We need middle names!

We have our first names picked out. Enzo for a boy, Eliana for a girl. (Siblings are Julia and Luca.)

Both of our kids have middle names that start with R. Do we want to continue that tradition? Well, it was coincidental so probably not.

For Eliana we like Eliana Clare (but a good friend recently named their daughter the same--we are still planning on using it, though, as they're cool with it and their daughter goes by Ellie and ours won't) or Eliana Therese (my personal favorite), but we are open to other options.

For Enzo we've got nothing. DS's middle name is Rafael after DH's father. No real family names we want to use for a middle name.

Our last name is a long Italian last name ending in -etti.

Saint names and Italian names are priority for the middle spot.

We're going with Lorenzo as my boy choice. Are you using Enzo or Lorenzo? I'm using Louis and think it pairs well with both.

ETA. We also have a super long last name but a Greek one.

I like Enzo Gabriel. Flows nicely. I like Eliana Therese, but I also liked Claire. Is your friend's daughter's name Eliana Claire or just Eliana (something else)? If it's Claire I wouldn't use that.
