I'm 15 weeks and I'm cramping

hello moms please help I'm 15 weeks and today I woke up cramping real bad. At times it feels like I need to use the bathroom but then it feels like when I had my period. I'm having twins but my question is should I be concerned?
I've. Noticed when I hold my urine a lot the it hurts. Can someone please give me advice thanks .

Sounds like a uti call your doctor if your in any pain though.
