Signs of labor

Hi, I'm 39 weeks and 1 day and have had no signs of labor. I've read that most women show signs. No pains, no contractions (not even Braxton hicks- (at least I haven't felt any that I know of) no nausea, no mucus plug, just feel uncomfortable. Has anyone here gone into labor without any signs??

You have potentially 2-3weeks left. There is plenty of time before you need to have any concern about this.
Some women spontaneously go into labor with no signs and some go weeks at 3cm before labor. All women and pregnancies are different.

I'm 40w 6d and I have shown basically no signs of labor as of yet. So don't stress about it. Some women have early signs of labor while others don't. Labor will happen when it happens.

When you go into labor you will know. Could be your body will just go from 0 to 60 right away instead of slow labor...we all are different. Just pay close attention to signs like bloody show, gush of fluid, wave like contractions that get worse as time go on. Good luck! I hope everything goes smoothly for you! You are almost there:)

With my daughter (1st) I had no signs before the day I went into labor. I was also only 1cm dilated the day before so that wasn't even a sign of anything going on.

With both of my first two, I had no signs of labor until the day of. They were born at 40 weeks, 6 days and 40 weeks, 5 days. I'm expecting that this third one will be similar.

My first was born at 41w2d. Give your body a week or 2.

I was 39 weeks when I went into labor with my daughter. I didn't even notice losing my mucas plug. Just woke up at 5 am crying with really bad back pain. And delivered her 7~8 hours later.

I've had labour signs for the last few weeks. I'm already dilated 2 cm and lost my plug but I'm starting to think ill go over my due date. We are all different and sometime our signs dont always mean labour is about to start right away.
