Questions about Pajamas

This is kind of an odd question, but our heat pump has been broken since before ds 1 was born, so no ac for the summer months.  So, since they are so hot my boys just slept in a diaper in the summer.  I was seeing short sleeve tops and pants pajamas and short sleeve tops and shorts pajamas and was wondering what your kids slept in in the summer months with a/c.  I was looking ahead at buying summer clothes, no warm weather in sight here.

Mine slept in a onsie or a tshirt

A short sleeve top, usually. My son is a little heater -- we put him in long sleeves and pants in winter, and even when it is cold and I'm curled up under my covers, he wants nothing to do with any kind of blanket.

We often put DS in shorts and a tshirt and socks sometimes. On cooler nights we could swap the shorts for pj pants.
