Definitely something comfortable. You'll be bending down to grab and open gifts might possibly have larger gifts between your legs to open too. Keep that in mind!
Is your shower at someone's home or out at a Country Club or a restaurant? I think if it's a home shower, you should just be casual and comfy! If it's at a Club or restaurant, still go comfy (that is #1!), but maybe jazz it up a little and do something fun with your hair, accent jewelry...something like that.
Your guests will be dressed differently depending on where the Shower is held, so in my mind, I am thinking about the photos that will be taken - you'll want to be dressier if you are going out for your Shower!
