awful pre registration experience need help asap

I had the worst pre registration experience at one of the hospitals I liked equally the same as another. Legally...am I required to pre register or is it just for my convenience?

    I don't think you have to pre-register but you also don't have to go to the hospital if there is a different one you would prefer

    Pre-registration is not something that's required by law, but it could very well be required by your hospital. What made your experience so bad? At my hospital pre-registration is simply a form you need to submit online.
