Are you dealing with circulation issues (cold hands/feet, tingling) or with swelling? Seems like a lot of folks conflate the two. For swelling, drink more water. Seems counter-intuitive, but it helps. Honeslty, drinking more water would probably help with the circulation issue too. When my midwife takes blood she can always tell when I haven't had enough to drink.

Im also having my hands and feet fall asleep faster than before. I just try to make sure that I either keep them moving or not over elevated or pinched somehow
Does anyone have compression socks/ sleeves they recommend? I'm flying around 28 weeks and figure they would help keep me from swelling up too much
I am wearing compression socks almost every waking hour during this pregnancy because I have a vein that is threatening to enlarge and I really want to keep it at bay. I wear, and love, the CEP progressive running socks. These are medical grade running compression socks. I have several brands but only the CEP stay up and in place and don't feel too tight at the top. They also do the best job at keeping the vein in, and they hold up really well in the wash over time.
I'd say on't do sleeves. Your feet will swell horribly on a plane. I sometimes wear a sleeve if I want to wear open shoes without socks but if I'm sitting a lot its uncomfortable and swells under the sleeve. If I'm active the sleeve works well.
