So my baby hates a bottle and formula

i need some advice... My baby has been exclusively BF. She is 10 months, has never and won't take a bottle. She has a few cups with straws she likes. I've tried formala in them as well with no luck. Is she too young to start introducing some goats milk and sneaking formula in with it. ?
